Kefir, Miso & Ginger Dressing
Kefir, Miso & Ginger Dressing - Salads, Vegetables, Wherever.
Ingredients:
- 10g Fresh Ginger
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon White Miso Paste
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Cocomilk Kefir
- Nutritional Yeast+ (Cheesy flavour)
- Ground Nutmeg (Earthy Flavour)
- Thinly Sliced (Mild) Chilli
- Black Salt (Eggy Flavour)
How to Prepare:
Step 1: Blend & serve over salad or steamed vegetables.
Step 2: Nothing else!, you've done it.
Eating Suggestions:
Makes a great salad for grilled meat, grilled fish or egg dishes. Also good on its own when calories count - because you only need a little.
