Info. For Buyers.

• To Claim - Send us a 'group-photo' of the stickers by email (address on contact page).  You'll receive the item that you most frequently bought.  You'll get a 'Congrats-Email' to use at your online or at your local seller. It's that simple!

• Getting Your Reward - Online buyers will get their free pack with their next online order.  Shop-buyers should present their gold stickers & 'Congrats-Email' at their participating shop. Or, just present those stickers at our market-stalls.

• The participating shops are listed on our stockist's web-page with the shop's details. If you are a shop-person or a friendly customer then please suggest our promo to your shop's manager. It's a really simple, easy & free to do promo. If interested, just email me (Gabe).

• Importantly, please, don't misplace those gold-stickers before you claim!

• We ask shops to give free-packs from their shelf stock.  We'll email a credit to shops  to cover the cost. And, their usual supplier will accept the credit. This shop's email is sent at the same time as the email to the customer. 

• Please do use your credit immediately - even if the customer doesn't come to claim their free item.

• All emails have a bar-code to use as a product-code. This bar-code for is different for each item (kefir, jojoba, etc).  We suggest just scanning this at the check-out to track stock & claiming credits. Then the stickers & buyer's email can be discarded.

• Alternatively there's also a generic bar code for scanning by staff if you do manual stock checks. We suggest that the customer's email (that they must present) can be placed in the cash-draw as a reminder re credits. The customer's stickers can be discarded.

• To promote the rewards promo, we offer an unbranded shelf POS & a branded check-out POS (see below).  The POS aren't compulsory but, agreeing to supply the free-packs & using the 'credits' is needed.

• Shops won't get a flood of claims but, the POS does engage & inform customers who'll appreciate a 'here to help' atmosphere.

• The participating shops are listed on our stockist's web-page with the shop's details & photos of POS. We do vary the POS from time to time, to see what may suit better.
